Capturing the potential of Facebook & Mobile

We recently finalized a nice experiment on capturing the potential of Facebook and Mobile with one of our customers, Dr. Navarro's Plastica Natural.

Now Dr. Navarro has his presence on the relevant web searches through his website, that implements best-practices in SEO oriented design. He is now also present in one of main places where his main target audience "lives virtually": Facebook. And while prospect patients are on the waiting room, they could discover and learn more about his services through their smartphones.

Thanks to the flexible architecture of the Joomla platform, we were able to develop an innovative template engine that serves customized versions of the website to each of these channels. All comes from the same website. Whenever he updates information of a new treatment or updates his contact info, he gets it updated on all three channels. He does not have to remind himself of updating the news into his Facebook wall. He could do of course, and it will add to the awareness. But now he has a consistent, uniform and professional presence on all the major channels in which he needs to be.
